nothing like seeing a

student sweat on their

mats, flirting between

strength, fear, excitement, and maybe a little anticipation as they search for the last second of breath until a teacher releases the pose. At the moment they decide to stay instead of bail, they get it. Their eyes light up. They caught that one breath that I asked them to take. It’s the one that connects their mind to their body... for that split second there is a sense of ease, calm, and joy even as their body is surging with sensation and sweat beads stinging their eyes.

This practice will empower you to move thru life with more ease, power, patience and grace. Come move your body, sweat your worries away and breathe with me.
